Delivery Timing and Charges ?For all orders within India, we offer free shipping. Ready to ship orders take up to 24-hours to process.Once shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. If you’ve purchased multiple products in an order, we provide you with the option to split your shipment into multiple shipments. You’ll find this option at the time of checkout, while choosing your delivery option. Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked by our Quality Control team. If you receive an item which is damaged, please Contact Us immediately.

How do I track my order ?Orders are shipped as per the delivery date given in the item page. Once your order is dispatched, delivery usually takes 2-4 working days to deliver. We will keep you updated with tracking information and an estimated delivery date. You can also follow the progress in your Ensemble account under My Orders.

Can I pick-up my order from the store ?You can collect your order from a convenient Ensemble store located near you; simply select ‘pick up from store’ at the time of checkout to view your options. We will confirm when your package is ready for collection.

Can I cancel my order ?As your purchase will be prepared quickly for dispatch/production, we allow cancellations only within 24 hours of placing the order. Click on the ‘Cancel’ button displayed under ‘My Order’ Tab on the website, after you login. Our Customer Care executive will get in touch with you to understand the reason for cancellation and will also confirm the cancellation for you. For cancellations done within 24 hours, we offer a coupon code of the same amount which can be used for your next purchase. Alternatively, you can also request for a full refund. Please note that the ‘Cancel’ button will be de-activated after 24 hours of order placement. Unfortunately, we are unable to add items to an existing order but you are welcome to place a new order for any additional pieces.
